PLC System Upgrades & Modernization

SCADA & HMI Integration
Designing and deploying supervisory control systems with operator HMI screens, historian integration, remote telemetry, and SCADA communications. Covers new deployments, platform migrations, and upgrades to existing systems.
Industrial Wireless Networks
Designing and deploying Cambium Networks and MDS industrial radio systems for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links. Includes radio configuration, frequency planning, path surveys, troubleshooting, and integration with PLCs, RTUs, and SCADA servers.
SEL RTAC & Protective Relay Controls
SEL RTAC programming and configuration, protective relay integration, recloser control commissioning, overcurrent protection settings, Sequence of Events (SER) analysis, and SCADA communications for power-system control applications.
VFD Installations & Troubleshooting
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting variable frequency drives for pump, fan, and conveyor applications. Includes parameter setup, PLC-drive integration, process tuning, and fault diagnosis.
Industrial Network Infrastructure
Designing and installing Industrial Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and serial communication networks. Covers IP addressing, subnetting, routing, NAT, and network diagnostics to connect PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and SCADA systems reliably.
Control Panel Fabrication & Wiring
Building and wiring custom control panels for new installations or replacements. Panels are designed to meet NEC and industry standards with clear documentation.
